1. Subscriptions
7-day refund window from first paid subscription if you haven't used any premium features. After 7 days, no refunds; cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period.
2. Booking fees
Cancel ≥ 24h before scheduled time: 100% refund. Within 24h: 50% refund. No-show: no refund (consultant's time is reserved).
3. Engagement milestones
Funded but not started: 100% refund within 7 days. Started but not delivered: dispute process determines outcome. Approved milestones are final.
4. Refund process
Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days (Razorpay), 7–10 days (Stripe/PayPal).
5. Disputes & chargebacks
Please raise disputes via our trust team first. Chargebacks initiated without contact are vigorously contested and may result in account suspension.
