Payment methods
What is the commission?
Free: 8% · Pro: 5% · Elite: 3% per completed engagement. The commission covers escrow management, dispute resolution, and payment processing — there are no other hidden fees.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately — you pay only the difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, so you keep premium features until then.
How does verification work?
After subscribing to Pro or Elite, our team reviews your credentials within 3–5 business days: identity (PAN/Aadhaar), credentials (degree, employer, certifications), and portfolio quality. Once approved, the ✓ verified badge is permanent on your profile.
How do refunds work?
If a milestone deliverable doesn't match the agreed scope, raise a dispute within 7 days of approval. Our trust team reviews evidence from both sides within 72 hours and can issue full refund, partial refund, or release the milestone — all decisions are binding for escrow disbursement.
What payment methods do you support?
Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, Amex), UPI, net banking, wallets, and EMI options for milestone funding. All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international).
Is GST included?
Yes. All pricing shown includes 18% GST. Indian businesses with a valid GSTIN can claim input tax credit — add your GSTIN at checkout and we'll automatically issue a compliant tax invoice every billing cycle.
